“The construction process begins with wet work, including concrete pouring, plastering, and masonry to establish the building’s structural framework. Simultaneously, plumbing work is executed to install water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings. Following this, window installation is completed to weatherproof the structure while allowing for natural light. The ceiling work phase then implements false ceilings or paneling to enhance interior aesthetics and conceal utilities. For security and design, grill work is installed on windows, balconies, and other designated areas. The painting stage follows, applying protective coatings and decorative finishes to walls and ceilings. Concurrently, electrical work proceeds with wiring, switchboards, and fixture installations. Tiling installation (including supply of tiles) is then carried out in wet areas and flooring surfaces, followed by vinyl flooring in selected spaces for added comfort and style. Exterior boundaries are secured with fence area construction, while final touches are added through door and glass installation, completing the project with functional elegance and visual harmony.”
