The title concept house is very simple with 2 color concept- grey & white in order to deliver minimalist industrial concept. The majority color will be white because it is a family homestay and it show the house bigger and brighten.
Beside of the 2 color, gardening green color is very important for a Semi- D lot, this gardening can give you much more comfort and relaxing feel for the overall project.

Concept of the this project is to remain the existing old house terrazzo tiles and mix with nature cement polishing flooring without any tiles on floor; bathroom tiles renovate with grey and cream color tiles in order to match with the flooring.
Besides that, remain small garden for fresh air at the back yard and front car porch area and it wont look plain and lame.
