Door work then proceeds with frame installations, creating secure access points while awaiting final permission approvals from relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. The window and glass installation phase follows, achieving both weatherproofing and aesthetic objectives. For flooring, SPC flooring is meticulously installed (including extension areas) to provide durable, waterproof surface solutions. Painting work then transforms surfaces with protective coatings and decorative finishes, while electrical work is simultaneously completed, encompassing wiring, switchgear, and fixture installations. Security enhancements are achieved through precision grill work on designated openings, followed by tiling work in wet areas and feature surfaces. The ceiling work (specifically excluding L-box designs) is finalized to create clean, functional overhead spaces.
