“The project begins with wet work, including concrete pouring, plastering, and masonry to form the structural base, followed by plumbing rough-ins for pipes and drainage while walls remain accessible. Once enclosed, ceiling installations are completed to establish overhead planes and conceal utilities. Electrical systems are then meticulously wired, with conduits and junction boxes integrated into the prepared framework. Tiling follows in wet areas and floors, with careful attention to waterproofing and alignment, while cabinets are installed afterward to ensure precise fits against finished surfaces. Grill work is added for security on windows and openings, followed by door and window installations to weatherproof the space. Exterior areas are enhanced with fake grass for low-maintenance landscaping, while final touches include toilet accessories (mirrors, holders) and kitchen accessories (backsplashes, hardware) to complete the functional and aesthetic details.”
