“The project begins with wet work—concreting, plastering, and masonry—to establish the structural shell. Once surfaces are cured, painting commences with primers and base coats applied to walls before overhead work. Ceiling systems are then installed, including drywall or suspended panels, ensuring seamless integration with wall finishes. Precision door & glass installations follow, framing openings with accurate reveals for weatherproofing. Plumbing rough-ins are completed next, positioning pipes and drains before wall closures. Tiling installation proceeds in wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens) with waterproofing measures, followed by Vinyl SPC flooring in dry areas for durable, seamless finishes. Skylight roofing is strategically timed post-ceiling but pre-cabinetry to coordinate structural supports. Custom cabinet installations then optimize spatial layouts, followed by window & grill placements for security and ventilation. Finally, electrical finishes—switches, fixtures, and cabinet lighting—are connected, completing the integrated system without disrupting finished surfaces.”
