“The construction process begins with wet work, including concreting, plastering, and masonry, to establish the structural framework. Next, electrical and plumbing work are carried out simultaneously, ensuring proper wiring, lighting, switches, and piping for water supply and drainage. Once the rough-in work is complete, painting work commences, applying primers and finishes to walls and ceilings for a clean, polished appearance. Door and ceiling installations follow, including door frames, shutters, and false ceilings or paneling for functionality and aesthetics. Tiling work is then executed in wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens, as well as flooring, to enhance durability and visual appeal. Grill and partition work follows, incorporating safety grills, glass partitions, or drywall divisions to define spaces. Carpentry adds the final touches through customized furniture, cabinetry, and trim work. Throughout the project, variation orders may be issued to accommodate design changes or additional requirements, while omittions are made to exclude certain elements as per revised plans, ensuring flexibility and cost control.”
